TeaseMeTeasers.com will ship anywhere in the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time. We also do not ship to post office boxes. Weekend or holiday deliveries are not available.

TeaseMeTeasers.com will normally ship all items within one to two business days via USPS. Shipment time is dependent upon credit card approval and availability. TeaseMeTeasers.com will send an e-mail within 48 hours confirming shipment along with a tracking number. An e-mail within 48 hours will also be sent if an item is not currently available or if we need to check on availability. Your credit card will not be charged until shipment takes effect.

SHIPMENT & OWNERSHIP: TeaseMeTeasers.com will arrange shipping of the Product to your address. Ownership of the Product passes to you upon delivery to the carrier and risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.You, the customer, are asked to select the correct shipping and handling charges as they apply to the purchase price of your order. If you fail to select the proper amount as stated in the drop down menu of the shipping chart in the shopping bag, the correct shipping and handling charges will be added to your final price. Delivery time: 10 - 14 days for in-stock items. Some items may need to be special ordered. Please allow 2 -3 weeks for shipping of special ordered and back ordered items. TeaseMeTeasers.com will inform you of any changes in estimated shipment dates, but it will not be responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond its control, including shortage of materials, labor strikes, transportation failures, or acts of God. We ship United States Post Office (USPS) First Class (unless otherwise specified). All orders not shipped USPS will be delayed 1 -2 days. This includes overnight shipments. Overnight Orders for in-stock items placed by 3:00 PM Eastern Time are shipped USPS the next day. Outside the State of Florida allow 7 - 10 working days for delivery. If you wish to have a premium service (overnight, second day, 3 day, FedEx, RPS or DHL) you (the customer) will be responsible for paying the difference between regular USPS First Class and the premium service. Please contact us if you are interested in having your purchase shipped using a premium service. No COD orders.

RETURN POLICY

Returns and exchanges are accepted on items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ATLERED OR WASHED, AND WITH ALL OF THE TAGS ATTACHED. Returns will only be accepted within 14 days after the delivery of the merchandise. Returns will only be for the amount of the merchandise and appropriate sales tax. No credit will be given for shipping charges. If merchandise is returned for which no shipping charges were applied, shipping charges will be deducted from the amount to be refunded. No returns or exchanges will be given on sales or promotional merchandise.

RETURN PROCEDURE

1. Send an e-mail to sales@teasemeteasers.com with the following information:
   

a. Reason for the return
b. Invoice number
c. Date of purchase
d. Detail of the item you are returning
e. Exchange information, e.g. size, replace etc. (no additional shipping charges will apply for an exchange).

An e-mail will be sent confirming or denying the return request.

2. Upon receipt of an e-mail approval, send the merchandise to the following address:
